Any science graduate/Graduate in Medical science/BDS/OT/PT/Veterinary science/Degree or diploma in Engineering/Relevant Short term diploma of MSBTE.
Duration:-1 Year(2 Sem).

- SSC/HSC/Degree or Diploma Marksheet
- T.C. (Leaving Certificate)
- Nationality
- Migration Certificate (If applicable)
- If Education Gap then Educational Gap certificate on Rs.100 bond paper
- If duplicate T.C. then AFFIDAVIT on Rs.100 bond paper
- 5 Passport size color photos
- Adhaar Card (Compulsory)
- Three sets of xerox of all above documents
